*Robert's fever got up to 102 last night, they brought it down with meds today and it has been hovering around 100.6 all afternoon. His tongue is quite swollen making him difficult to understand, and his mouth is causing him the most pain right now. The second culture for infection came back negative! Yeah!
The docs are giving Robert small pushes of the anti-rejection meds (less than he received his last transplant) through his catheter. They will start to back them off over the next two days. This should allow his recovery to speed up, and get graph vs. host symptoms (hopefully mild ones).
He is still very sleepy and a bit out of it because he is on morphine and so many other meds. Ashley is not sure he knew today was their anniversary. Keep the prayers coming! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
